Can I request to use my own detergents in my house for cleaning?

Yes. As usual we use detergents available in customers' places. But if you do not have any detergents you may tell us about this when you are making an order and our cleaners will come to you with all necessary detergents.

How do I make payment?

You pay a deposit which requires half of your total when booking your appointment, the rest should be paid using the same method the deposit was made.

What if I have to cancel some of my cleaning?

Should the client go away on holiday/business trip and wish to cancel some of the cleanings we would require 24 hours notice, either by email or by calling our head office. Should we not receive an adequate notice or no notice at all we will have to charge a cancellation fee which is the full amount of a cleaning session. Please note though if your cleaning session takes place on Mondays we would require a client to call/e-mail us on Friday as our head office working days are Monday to Friday.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes. We do our best to keep the same cleaner at the same household and we promise a temporary cover if your regular cleaner falls sick or goes on holiday.

Do I have to be present during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. You can leave a set of keys to your cleaner and she will be carrying out the cleaning at an agreed day and time. 80% of our cleaners are key-holders. Each cleaner undergoes our security training for safe keeping keys. we would prefer if you have a security camera on when you are not present
